Dear Patients,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to share that after much thought and reflection, I have decided to close my medical practice as of March 31, 2025. This decision marks the beginning of a new chapter for me, but it is with a sense of gratitude and fondness that I look back on the many years spent caring for you.

This path will enable me to devote more time to helping my aging parents. As you know, family is incredibly important, and this will allow me to focus on their well-being as well as my own.

Though I will no longer be available to provide direct care, I want to make sure that you continue to receive excellent medical attention moving forward. I’ve listed below the names of some trusted colleagues in our community who can assist with your ongoing healthcare needs:
